FACTORS AFFECTING CAREER DIRECTION OF ETHNIC MINORITY YOUTH (CASE STUDY IN EA SUP DISTRICT, DAK LAK PROVINCE)

Summary: 
From the results of qualitative and quantitative research, the paper focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the career orientation of ethnic minority youth in Ea Sup district, Dak Lak province. The results show that objective factors such as family, school, society, friends, and policies and subjective factors of youth such as capacity, will and determination, qualifications, interests, and passions have a great influence on young people‘s career orientation, in which factors belonging to themselves and their families are the two most influential factors. This poses the problem of career guidance and career orientation for ethnic minority youth in the new context
