Developing an organization’s Development strategy in a specific period is always an urgent and important requirement as a guideline for designing the apparatus and implementing practical activities. The Vietnam Women’s Union is no exception in carrying out this activity. As a socio-political organization, each development period of the country has specific requirements for the Union to shape its activities to ensure the well-performing position and role assigned by the Party and State. In order for the development strategy to be feasible, effective and responsive to the needs of women and Union’s members, it is necessary to identify the right approach. This article shares information on optimal approaches in developing the Vietnam Women’s Union Development Strategy for 2022 - 2027, vision 2032
