CHƯƠNG TRÌNH TẠO VIỆC LÀM CHO NGƯỜI CAO TUỔI Ở HÀN QUỐC

Like South Korea, Vietnam is a country with a high rate of population aging and will face many problems arising fom this demographic change. In 2019, Vietnam ofcially became an ageing society when the rate of people over 65 years old accounted for more than 7% of the population. It predicts that in 2035, Vietnam will enter an aged society like South Korea. Terefore, doing reference and research fom South Korean solutions to the population challenge has practical signifcance for Vietnam. With the combined research method, the statistical method, based on the data of South Korean agencies, the article will
introduce a system of the Korean Senior Employment Program in South Korea. On that basis, the author proposed some suggestions for Vietnam.
