MỘT SỐ YẾU TỐ ẢNH HƯỞNG TỚI NHẬN THỨC VỀ PHÒNG NGỪA VÀ ỨNG PHÓ VỚI QUẤY RỐI TÌNH DỤC TẠI NƠI LÀM VIỆC

Te paper is based on the results of a research project with the title “Awareness
of workers on prevention and response to the sexual harassment in the workplace” carried
out by Vietnam Women Academy’s research team in 2021. Te study shows that sexual
harassment in the workplace is a very common issue with its various forms. Tis paper
focuses on analyzing factors which potentially influence the awareness on prevention and
response to sexual harassment in the workplace.Te results by using OLS regression analysis
indicate that the age, location, and educational qualifcation, which are factors influence to
the workers’ awareness. Terefore, the paper provides some recommendations, including: i)
improving the awareness on gender issues for both male and female; ii) focusing on younger
groups as well as groups with lower educational qualifcations.
